Today with about 400 members, the American Chamber of Commerce in Portugal (AMCHAM Portugal) is certainly an important and accredited institution for the Portuguese society, playing an active role in the economic diplomacy.

AMCHAM Portugal consists of a practical platform that enables the promotion of its member businesses, in the United States and Portugal, through its affiliation in international organizations in other countries where there are other American Chamber of Commerce offices.

The experience acquired during many years, as well as the knowledge and capacity to collect and transmit qualitative information, is undoubtedly very useful for its members, when used in the national and international promotion of their activities and the development of initiative and growth in business opportunities in the commercial, industrial and financial sectors.
