1 – Can you provide me a list of contacts of potential partners of business (imports, exports, distributors...) in US/Portugal? 

Yes, if you are a member of the AMCHAM Portugal we can provide you a list of contacts according to the predefined parameters.

2 – I would like to contact potential business partners in the US/Portugal. How can AMCHAM Portugal help me?

In addition to providing you the list of contacts of potential business partners, the Chamber can collaborate in scheduling meetings, preparing and sending documents and in other areas deemed necessary. To access this service you must be member.

3 – We would like to expend our business to US/Portugal. How can the AMCHAM Portugal help us?

The Chamber, through its contact network, can give advise, provide necessary information, help in finding the business partner that you are looking for, help in scheduling and preparing meetings either with partners or the government.

You can also participate in general or sector specific Commercial Missions that the Chamber organizes.

4 – Can I promote my Business/Products/Services through AMCHAM Portugal?

Yes, you can do that through our Website, Meeting Point Magazine, the Directory and by sponsoring one of our events. To get more information on this subject please contact us by email (amchamportugal@mail.telepac.pt) or by telephone n: 213 572 561.

Once you are a member, you will have special prices in various forms of promotions, will be able to promote your company for free and possibly develop member-to-member activities.

5 – Who can be a member of AMCHAM Portugal?

Anyone (individual, business or institution) of any nationality that identifies with the objectives of the Chamber can be a member.

6 – If I am not a member of AMCHAM Portugal can I participate in your events?

Some of the events that are organized by the chamber are exclusive to the members. However, many of our events are open to non-members with a higher registration fee. We invite you to become a member to get to know and participate in all the events organized by us.

7 – Can AMCHAM Portugal help me find employees/jobs?

The Chamber does not have any recruitment services. However, we are studying the possibility of opening an “Employment” section in our website.

Another possibility is to participate in networking events, organized by the Chamber, that are an excellent opportunity to meet potential employees and/or employers.
